Evaluation
Each implementation pilot project was evaluated using a survey, which students completed online, and focus groups and interviews with students and teaching staff involved in the implementation. The survey and student focus group questions asked students to consider how well they felt the technology-supported activity helped them with their studies, how useful they found the activity, what they liked and disliked about the activity, and whether they would like to be able to do similar activities again to support other areas of their studies.
The staff interviews and focus groups asked staff to reflect on how successful they believed the activity had been and what aspects of the activity they felt had worked well and what had not worked well.
